Amazon seller analytics

Amazon seller analytics that tells you why. Across your sales, profit and ads.

SellerWise connects with your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads. It allows you to understand why sales dropped, where ad spend is leaking or what to fix first, and get an answer built from your own account data.

SellerWise · Oakline Home GoodsSample data

Why did my ACOS go from 24% to 31% this month?

ACOS is up 7 points. Half of that is lower conversion, a third is pricier clicks. I found three causes.

Listing
Ad conversion fell from 12% to 10.5%, mostly on the Silicone Lid Set, after a 1-star review about lid sizes became its top review.
Bids
Cost per click rose 10% after top-of-search bids went up on Oct 9. Sales from that placement stayed flat.
Waste
23 search terms spent $412 with no orders. On their click counts, that's more than bad luck.
Where to start: the Lid Set listing. Cutting bids won't bring back conversion.

Want me to add the 23 terms as negatives? I'll confirm with you before anything goes live.

01The problem

You have the data. You don't have the answer.

Seller Central shows what sold. The Ads console shows what you spent. Neither tells you why ACOS rose 7 points, or which product dragged the week down. That work falls to you, a VA or an agency, one export at a time.

What it costs you
  1. 1Four reports to answer one question
  2. 2Ad spend leaking for weeks before anyone spots it
  3. 3Bids cut when the real problem was conversion
  4. 4Profit judged on revenue, before fees and ad spend
With SellerWise
  1. Ask what changed.
  2. See why, with the numbers behind it.
  3. Fix the right thing first.
02Your account

Your whole account, one question away. Sales, profit, inventory and fees.

  1. “Why were sales down last week?”

Traffic, conversion and Buy Box, product by product, so you see which ASINs moved and why.

  2. “What was my real profit last month?”

After referral and FBA fees, ad spend and refunds. Per product, not just in total.

  3. “Am I about to run out of anything?”

Stock cover at your current sales rate, before a stockout costs you rank.

  4. “Which reviews are hurting conversion?”

The reviews buyers see first, next to the conversion change that followed.

  5. “Does Amazon owe me money?”

Fee errors and lost inventory you can claim back.

03Your ads

Amazon Ads insights that go past ACOS. Down to the search term.

SellerWise reads your ad data campaign by campaign and term by term, and explains it the way a good PPC manager would.

  1. “Why did my ACOS go up?”

Splits the change into cost per click, conversion and order value, so you know whether to touch bids or fix the listing.

  2. “Where am I wasting ad spend?”

Terms and targets that spend without orders, weighed against their click counts, so one bad week doesn't kill a good term.

  3. “Which products can afford more ad spend?”

Each advertised product against its own break-even ACOS, after fees.

  4. “Are my campaigns bidding against each other?”

Targets where your own campaigns chase the same search. Amazon shows only one of your ads, so you pay the higher bid.

  5. “Did last week's bid changes work?”

Each bid, budget or placement change, before and after, compared with the rest of your account over the same days.

  6. “Is top of search worth the premium?”

Top of search, rest of search and product pages, compared on cost and conversion.

04Accuracy

Answers you can check. Every one comes with its numbers.

Fair comparisons
Equal periods with the same weekdays, so a slow Monday isn't mistaken for a bad campaign.
Settled ad data
Amazon credits orders for days after the click. SellerWise leaves unsettled days out of comparisons unless you ask for them.
Honest about small samples
A term with eight clicks and no orders isn't called a loser. You see how likely that result was by chance.
Shown, not just said
Every answer shows the figures it rests on, so you can check it in Seller Central.
05Optimization

From insight to action. You approve every step.

What to fix first
Ask, and get a short, ranked list: what to fix, what it's likely worth, and what to leave alone.
Every morning
Ask what deserves your attention today, and start with what changed across sales, stock and ads.
Making the change
Turn on actions and SellerWise can make the change for you, such as adding negatives or adjusting a bid. Nothing goes live until you confirm it.

  • Pay an agency, VA or tool for reports and still ask “but why?”

Not the right fit yet if you

  • Are just starting to sell on Amazon
  • Want ads run on autopilot without your sign-off
09FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can't find your answer? Email hello@sellerwise.us and a real person will reply, usually the same day.

How is this different from Seller Central reports or a seller dashboard?
Dashboards show you the numbers and leave the “why” to you. SellerWise works from the same data, but you ask a question and get the explanation, with the numbers behind it.
Does it replace my PPC agency or software?
It doesn't have to. Use it to understand your account yourself, or to check what your agency or bid tool is doing, using your own data.
How current is the data?
It refreshes every hour. Recent ad sales keep settling for several days after the click, and SellerWise tells you when they have.
Can it change my bids or campaigns?
Only if you turn actions on, and SellerWise asks you to confirm each change first.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create your account, connect your store and start asking. No credit card or payment details needed.
What does it cost after that?
Nothing today. If we add paid plans, you'll hear from us first, and we'll never charge you without your permission.
Which accounts and marketplaces are supported?
At launch, the free tier includes one seller account on one marketplace: Amazon US (amazon.com).

Ask why your ACOS moved. Get the answer from your own data.
